GS98 provides security for network and standalone machines with user profiles. This new version allows you to secure Windows95, 98, IE4, NetMeeting and more. Define lists of allowed applications per user-level. Define group policies with control over printer options, device manager, network settings, display, run, find files, MSDOS modes, boot keys/menu, add/remove programs and ALL aspects of the taskbar. Disable the start menu as well as right-click options from the start button. Hide the system tray, quicklaunch toolbars and folder options. Hide selected drives from A to Z, disable CTRL+ALT+DEL, there are hundreds of security settings and too numerous to mention here. Import / Export the set-up to disk for backup or rapid configuration of multiple standalone machines. Alternatively use the remote administration option to control all settings from a single location on your network. On-line help and an optional custom control panel makes this a versatile, powerful security package. |
