Description of BizDB Contacts

BizDB Contacts is a add on software of our Web based BizDB database management product. You must have either "BizDB Starter" or "BizDB Standard" or "BizDB Advance" installed on your Web site first before you can install and use this software. BizDB Contacts offers the folllowing features: 1. Support all search and report functions currently provided by the BizDB software. 2. Allow visitors to contact any of the companies displayed on the BizDB search report by e-mail. 3. Each visitor can perform multiple search requests to your BizDB database and then select the vendors he wants to contact. The vendor list is temporarily stored in a shopping cart so that the list can be reviewed and updated anytime. When the vendor list is ready, the visitor can send it to the system along with his message and the contact information, all in one single request. 4. The message that appears on each vendor e-mail can be either entered by the visitor at the time of building the contact request, or constructed from a standard message template prepared by the Webmaster. 5. All database fields, screen looks and report layouts are controlled by Html templates. You can re-design your templates any time you like without affecting the operations of the production database. 6. This software when working with our BizDB Advance software will be a very useful productivity tool for small business managers who have a need to contact (via e-mail) a number of selected vendors frequently to request for product information or to ask some common questions. If installed on a public domain database, it will be a powerful lead generator.
