Unlike old-fashioned time reporting systems that rely upon the good will and good memory of employees to accurately enter information about what they worked on, Work Time Tracker gathers the data in the background, without the employees having to spend any time doing data entry, and without them being aware that their computer activities are being recorded. Each employee can turn off Work Time Tracker's data capture program to ensure their personal privacy during non-work-related periods on the PC.
