IconEdit2 is a truecolor icons editing / screen snapshot utility for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP. It supports ICO, ICL, EXE, DLL, BMP and JPEG for open/extract/convert to icons. Can save your work to TrueColor 32x32 or 16x16 ICO, as well as BMP or JPEG files. Allows painting, undo/redo, search icons and capture any 32x32 or 16x16 screen area. Contains library of 43 icons. |
