Description of PalMerge
:
PalMerge is a program designed to convert graphic image file formats and merge graphics into a single universal bitmap palette. It includes special effects, a color palette editor, and batch processing. PalMerge is designed for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000. PalMerge is released as Shareware. Following is a list of features: - 6 formats:
- BMP, JPG, PNG, TGA, TIF, (PCX write-only)

- oil paint, hole, polar wrap, sharpen, soften, color spray,
- tile, color threshold, wave, whirlpool, bleed, blur,
